It's been nearly 6 months since Chris and I got together (next Thursday is our anniversary), and the "honeymoon" period seems to be largely over. I'm not quite so wrapped up in the emotions of a new relationship. Despite all that, nothing has really changed about the way I see Chris. I still think he's the sweetest guy I know. It's sort of a relief to know that I still care about him independent of any infatuation I might have had. He's still my love. He still makes me smile for no reason. He's still smart and cute and creative. I still like to touch his face just for the sake of touching his face. :3
I'm in love. Not just infatuated, but in love. And it feels nice. :) |
